Job Title: National Customer Services Centre Manager

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Customer Services Centre Manager to lead our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a customer service management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
