**Job Title:** Small Business Incubator Manager
Job PurposeThe Small Business Incubator Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of incubation services at The Daily Grind Innovation Hub (TDGIH). This includes working closely with entrepreneurs and start-ups on the incubation programme to ensure effective incubation of innovative technology-based ideas and growth of sustainable businesses.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Small Business Incubator Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring effective operation and use of incubator facilities and achieving small enterprise development goals and objectives;
- Establishing and managing relationships with stakeholders, public sector entities, colleges, universities, and research institutions;
- Working closely with entrepreneurs and start-ups on the incubation programme to ensure effective incubation of innovative technology-based ideas and growth of sustainable businesses.
The ideal candidate should have a 3-year tertiary qualification in Enterprise Development, Entrepreneurship Management, or Business and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
