Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies for the Premium Segment, focusing on partnership development and value-added services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their businesses, and identifying opportunities for financial solutions.
- Credit application process and ensuring timely approval, maintaining accurate records, and analyzing creditworthiness.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their financial position, provide guidance, and implement tailored solutions.
- Ensure effective risk management, adhering to banking procedures and regulations.
- Foster trust and credibility with clients, providing expert advice and guidance to support their financial goals.
- Responsible for the credit process from origination to closure, including collateral monitoring and annual review of all clients with credit facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or related field (Hons or similar).
- At least 7 years of experience in financial management, credit analysis, relationship management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk management principles, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
