Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and Director, ensuring seamless sales transactions and maintaining accurate sales records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales proposals and presentations.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, sales calls, and appointments.
    • Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Handle routine office tasks, including filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
    • E nsure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
