Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Junior External Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with hardware stores and other key accounts in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hardware stores and other key accounts to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand our customer base.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients to ensure effective solution implementation.
- Conduct regular sales calls and follow-ups to drive product adoption and increase sales revenue.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to showcase our products and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to meet sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the hardware or related industry, with a strong understanding of technical products and solutions.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success.
