Job Description: Office Logistics Coordinator

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

About the Role:

This Office Courier Agent position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth communication and operations within our office by ensuring timely pickups and deliveries of documents, packages, and other materials.

Responsibilities:
  1. Transportation and Delivery: Collect and deliver documents, packages, and other materials safely and efficiently.
  2. Route Optimization: Plan and track delivery routes to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and logs of items transported.
  4. Interdepartmental Communication: Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of critical documents and supplies.
  5. Customer Service: Provide excellent service to colleagues and clients during pickups and deliveries.
  6. Supply Chain Management: Assist with monitoring and managing office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  7. Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety and company protocols when handling and transporting items.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

    • Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping and tracking.
