**Job Summary: Head Chef

  1. Culinary Innovation: Create seasonal menus that showcase gluten-free ingredients and techniques, driving menu development and strategy.
  2. Food Safety: Implement and maintain strict gluten-free protocols, ensuring the highest level of food safety and customer satisfaction.
  3. Team Management: Lead a small kitchen team, promoting collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect.
