Our esteemed dealership, Fourways, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the selling process.

Purpose of the Role:

The core purpose of this position is to drive business growth and customer satisfaction through effective lead management, market research, and sales strategy implementation.

To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for the automotive industry, up-to-date product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilise lead management systems and web-based initiatives to generate and follow up on sales leads.
  2. Maintain relationships with existing customers and build new ones through regular contact and targeted marketing efforts.
  3. Negotiate sales agreements, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
  4. Manage trade-ins and ensure seamless vehicle delivery processes.
  5. Administer sales transactions efficiently, following company procedures.
  6. Ensure quality checks are completed before delivering vehicles to customers.
  7. BUILD strong partnerships with manufacturers' representatives to stay informed about relevant industry developments.
  8. Foster effective communication with customers and colleagues, maintaining professional relationships.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.

Requirements:

  1. Proven sales performance history.
  2. Valid driver's license.
  3. Grade 12 or tertiary education.
  4. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  5. Flexibility to work varying hours, including overtime.
  6. Previous experience in a dealership environment is essential.
