Job Details

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IR professional to join our team at Revtech Global (Pty) Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Provide guidance on employment law and disciplinary procedures
  • Assist with payroll-related tasks, including record-keeping and benefits administration
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement effective induction programs for new employees
  • Contribute to performance management processes and support the management of grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and ensure that our policies and procedures are compliant
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our HR function

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in industrial relations
  • Demonstrated expertise in IR, labour laws, and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with payroll software and systems
  • A relevant HR qualification, such as a diploma or degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
  • Sound knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and procedures, as well as relevant labour legislation
