About the Role
Staff Solutions Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of HR Officer. As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing employee records, and facilitating recruitment processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute their skills and expertise to a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and databases
- Administer payroll and other HR systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee information
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate assessment
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee queries and issues

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent
- 5-7 years experience in an HR Officer / Generalist position
- Proficiency with SAGE Payroll
- In-depth knowledge of South African Labour legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Drivers License: Code 8 (Mandatory)
- Multinational experience is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and remain composed
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills
