About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our commercial team, drive revenue growth, and elevate our brand's visibility in the global cruise industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Go-To-Market Strategies: Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing go-to-market strategies and sales plans that align with the company's commercial objectives.
  • Lead Strategic Key Account Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to grow market share and develop strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure Team Exceeds Revenue Goals: Lead the Commercial team to exceed revenue goals and manage sales incentive plans that motivate team members to achieve success.
  • Manage Cooperative Marketing Plans: Develop and implement cooperative marketing plans that maximize ROI and partner performance reviews.
  • Support Brand Positioning: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement brand positioning and marketing strategies that increase brand visibility.
  • Oversee Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial targets to ensure the commercial team is aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 Years of Sales/Commercial Experience: A minimum of 10 years of sales/commercial experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.
  • Excellent Sales Network: An excellent sales network and reputation, with knowledge of regional key accounts and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong Presentation and Organizational Skills: Strong presentation, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills to effectively communicate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Blend of Commercial Awareness and Analytical Thinking: A blend of commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and strategic mindset to drive business growth and success.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant Business Qualification: A relevant business qualification (BSc/BA/MSc/MA) or equivalent work experience.
