Service Advisor Job Description

Astor Motor Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Service Advisor to join their busy workshop team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership, with working knowledge of Evolve and fluency in both English and Afrikaans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Checking in vehicles using a tablet device
  • Handling a high volume of bookings
  • Thriving in a fast-paced work environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Working closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
  • Matric Certificate
  • A valid Drivers License
  • 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership
  • Must be highly service driven
  • Exceptionally well groomed and presented
  • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
  • Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
  • Have working knowledge of Evolve or similar DMS
  • Experience with vehicle check-ins using a tablet device (Preferred)
  • A stable work history
  • Contactable references
