The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales processes and procedures, with experience working in a call centre environment. They will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have advanced skills in creating reports and analyzing data.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously review and recommend sales processes to enhance effectiveness and achieve targets.
  2. Sales Campaign Management: Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify campaign gaps and optimize reports.
  3. Productivity Enhancement: Assist with POC launches, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
  4. Business Insights: Ensure accurate and timely reporting, analyze sales and dialler stats, and recommend improvements.
  5. Operational Efficiency: Focus on accurate reporting, automation of manual tasks, and analytical insights to boost productivity.
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • 2-3 years' experience in a Sales Operations or Data Analyst role within a call centre environment
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience using reporting tools to generate and analyze reports
  • Experience with Vici Dial is advantageous
