The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales processes and procedures, with experience working in a call centre environment. They will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have advanced skills in creating reports and analyzing data.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously review and recommend sales processes to enhance effectiveness and achieve targets.
- Sales Campaign Management: Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify campaign gaps and optimize reports.
- Productivity Enhancement: Assist with POC launches, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
- Business Insights: Ensure accurate and timely reporting, analyze sales and dialler stats, and recommend improvements.
- Operational Efficiency: Focus on accurate reporting, automation of manual tasks, and analytical insights to boost productivity.
- Matric
- 2-3 years' experience in a Sales Operations or Data Analyst role within a call centre environment
- Solid understanding of sales processes and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- Experience using reporting tools to generate and analyze reports
