This role requires strong analytical skills to develop and implement plans that support Pension Administration and the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement benefit processing strategies in accordance with Fund rules and legislation.
- Manage internal departmental functions and processes to optimize business and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct investigations on death benefit cases confirming dependency and recommending benefits allocation percentages for approval.
The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree, preferably in Law, and at least 6 years' experience in a management role. Knowledge of African languages is an advantage.
Benefits include R 950000 - R 1200000 annually.
