Healthcare Support Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties: Manage and execute all administrative tasks within the Healthcare department.
- Transaction Recording: Accurately input all transactions into our Workflow system.
- Coordination: Arrange visitations and presentations with service providers for Employer groups.
- Communication: Prepare internal and external communications, ensuring they comply with our branding policy.
- Client Liaison: Obtain information from clients and assist with general queries.
- Secretarial Functions: Handle various secretarial tasks and any ad hoc duties as required.
- Employee Benefits Support: Assist the Employee Benefits team with retirement fund tasks.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive in your approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Minimum Matric non-negotiable
- Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare administration is essential.
- Experience in employee benefits is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Office hours: 08.00 - 17.00
There will be occasions when the incumbent will need to work overtime.
