Negotiation and Contract ManagementNegotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Work closely with legal and operations teams to ensure contract compliance and smooth onboarding of new clients.
Performance Tracking and ReportingTrack sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue targets using CRM software or other relevant tools.
Required Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the freight and logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management processes.
