MNA Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oncology Medical Sales Representative to join our team based in Durban, KZN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting oncology products to private and public-sector oncologists/hematologists in designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling and detailing oncology products to targeted clients
- Assisting with the organization and presentation of divisional activities, product launches, conferences, speakers programs, and other promotional events
- Implementing action plans in accordance with the marketing/sales strategy of the company
- Liaising with key stakeholders within oncology practices
- Maintaining a database of all targeted clients
- Liaising with the Regional Sales Manager/National Sales Manager regarding business opportunities
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of the SA Oncology/Hematology industry with 2 years sales experience within Oncology/Hematology
- Able to develop business relationships with stakeholders in oncology practices
- Ability to impart knowledge and demonstrate technical understanding of oncology/hematology
- Able to convey key messages for market penetration
- Efficiently manage resources within the scope of the business model and expense policy guidelines
- Demonstrate ability to sell products and achieve sales targets
- Demonstrate ability to learn product/disease entity information
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing principles
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
