We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Matric qualification (preferred but not required)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a similar role
- Able to speak Afrikaans and English
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of R 12 000 - R 15 000 CTC per month.
