Key Responsibilities:

  • **Reporting and Presentations:** Prepare departmental reports, presentations, and Excel worksheets to track product performance and provide insights to management.
  • **Promotional Calendar Management:** Develop and execute promotional calendars to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • **Inventory Management:** Forecast and manage stock levels, and ensure timely purchasing and delivery of merchandise.
  • **Reporting and Analysis:** Retrieve reports from the operating system and generate monthly reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • **Purchase Order Management:** Place purchase orders and expedite deliveries to ensure timely receipt of merchandise.
  • **Marketing Support:** Assist marketing teams with information and data to support the creation of marketing materials, such as artwork and broadsheets.
  • **Financial Reconciliation:** Conduct month-end reconciliation of purchases and ensure sign-off before payment.
  • **Logistics and Delivery Planning:** Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse to plan deliveries and ensure smooth receipt of merchandise.
  • **Problem-Solving and Query Resolution:** Investigate and resolve queries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • **Store Visits and Supplier Management:** Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • **Supplier File Management:** Compile, update, and maintain supplier files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
  • **Minimum 3 Years of Experience:** Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or FMCG industry.
  • **Education:** Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • **Clear Criminal Record:** Must have a clear criminal record.
  • **Availability:** Must be available to start immediately.
