In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing our CRM systems, supporting revenue intelligence and sales operations for both new business and existing account management teams. Your expertise will drive efficiency, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance revenue growth strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and usability.
  • Develop and enforce CRM best practices, sales enablement tools, and automation strategies.
  • Manage comprehensive sales forecasting, detailed pipeline analyses, compensation planning including commission reporting, and deliver actionable data-driven insights to optimize revenue operations and efficiency.

Candidates Must Have:

  • Expert proficiency in CRM, Excel, and analytical tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and pipeline analytics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to data integrity.
