Job Overview
At Charles Hope SA (PTY) LTD, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team based in Cape Town, South Africa. This role involves directly engaging with prospective clients, driving warm leads through the sales funnel, and proactively prospecting for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify new sales opportunities targeting local corporates, events, decision-makers, and potential partnerships and sales channels.
• Build effective relationships with potential clients through questioning, clarification, and language to generate sales-qualified leads based on targets set by the manager.
• Sell Charles Hope's services and products directly or book appointments for the Sales Manager, following up with clients after calls to provide information and proposals.
• Ensure the CRM system is updated with detailed notes after client communications, leveraging experience with HubSpot to support demand generation campaigns.

Requirements
• 5 years of relevant B2B lead generation/sales experience with a strong ability to conduct research and understand target markets and company products.
• Self-starter with a hunger to identify and pursue new prospects and opportunities, demonstrating high agility, dynamic approach, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong drive and motivation to achieve targets, with a resilient and proactive mindset, utilizing time management and organizational skills effectively.
