As a Sales Representative with CDI HR Consulting, you will play a key role in building profitable sales by selling our products to new and existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain an agreed level of proactive contact with both existing and prospective customers, seeking new business opportunities through targeting our existing customer base and prospective clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a strong relationship with internal sales teams to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries, production, and technical queries.
  2. Promote our products by continually expanding orders and up-selling on all incoming and outgoing enquiries.
  3. Participate in training sessions with more experienced members of the sales team to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  4. Develop unique ways to grow business with your customers and provide solutions to management in the face of challenges.
  5. Build a plan to convince your customers to 'win' with our offerings and stay aware of potential setbacks to the plan, developing contingencies to overcome them.
  6. Treat your customers as partners and challenge them to grow their business with our brands, maintaining intimate knowledge of their values and positioning.
Requirements:
  • Able to communicate coherently, both verbally and via written media.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • A valid driver's license and ownership of a reliable vehicle are essential.
