Job Description

Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales plans, negotiate prices and terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to retain and grow existing business.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Education: Matric.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and business operations.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of sales software and technology.
