Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming interactions with customers, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  2. Order Processing: Receive, process, and verify customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct and entered into our system.
  3. Communication: Communicate clearly with customers regarding order discrepancies, delivery addresses, company information, and outstanding payments.
  4. Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service delivery, to ensure smooth processing and delivery of orders.
  5. Issue Resolution: Address any issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or customer complaints, working closely with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
  6. Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings to discuss customer order status and provide accurate feedback to customers.
  7. Feedback and Growth: Contribute valuable insights on customer complaints, needs, market trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
  8. Document Management: Ensure that all sales documents are properly filed electronically for easy retrieval and reference.
  9. Event Support: Assist with organizing, managing, and attending events like golf days and conferences.
  10. Client Meetings: Attend client meetings and events when necessary to provide support and take notes for follow-up actions.
  11. Purchasing Support: Assist with requesting quotations from suppliers and processing purchasing orders.
  12. Administrative Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Technical Skills: Be computer literate in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other software programs used by our team.
