Key Accountabilities:

As a seasoned Commercial Vehicle Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of Grenadier in the commercial vehicle market. Your expertise in sales and marketing will enable you to create and execute a comprehensive business plan that showcases Grenadier's capabilities. You will cultivate strong relationships with fleet clients, provide exceptional customer support, and pursue and secure multimillion-dollar tenders to drive business growth.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and executing a business plan to increase market share and revenue.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with fleet clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless integration with INEOS Automotive's global network.
  • Pursuing and securing multimillion-dollar tenders to drive business growth.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess a proven track record of leading and winning large-scale tenders in the automotive industry. Your ability to balance commercial requirements with manufacturing operations is essential. Strong networking skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication are also vital.
