Job Title: Social Media Campaign Manager

Job Summary:

Zenith is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing, tracking, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement campaigns within 24 hours of receiving material from the client/creative agency, after the campaign schedule is approved by the client.
  2. Send updated and accurate creative matrix to the creative agency within 24 hours after being briefed into campaign management.
  3. Inform the digital agency of any requirements for effective implementation of the campaign before the campaign start date.
  4. Pre-check all received assets from the client/creative agency/digital agency, and communicate any irregularities or errors to the planner and strategist within 4 hours of receiving the assets.
  5. Send screenshots (proof of fighting) to the client, copying all relevant parties within 24 hours of going live.
  6. Monitor and manage the budgets on all self-managed platforms to ensure that campaigns do not over-spend.
  7. Continuously keep up to date with changes made within all digital buying platforms and ensure all team members are fully aware of platform changes.
  8. Complete all relevant digital platform tasks.
  9. Monitor the campaign results on a regular basis to ensure accurate and effective management and reporting of campaigns.
  10. Meet all campaign KPI's or flag potential campaign underperformance to the Digital team before the campaign end date.
  11. Suggest optimisation for better campaign performance to the team to ensure campaigns perform against agreed objectives.
  12. Continuously strive to increase ROI on a campaign by campaign basis and maximise campaign performance.
  13. Compile and send reports to the client weekly, unless otherwise stipulated by the client. All reporting needs to include recommendations for improvement, key insights into the campaign's performance, and optimisation recommendations.
  14. Oversee an intern in terms of accurate loading and training.
  15. Integrate and work closely with the Head of Digital and Brand Teams (Digital and Offline).

Requirements:

  • Experience in cross-platform campaign management.
  • Ability to work accurately and fast.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital buying platforms and campaign management tools.
