The Trade Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial operations for a 6-month period. Key responsibilities include:
Financial Processing: Verify invoices, calculate differences, and post transactions to relevant accounts.
Cash Flow Management: Prepare and send cash flow reports to stakeholders, coordinate with the Treasurer, and manage payment amounts.
Purchase Order Management: Process offshore and non-Mittal purchases, reconcile creditors' accounts, and manage payment runs.
Administrative Tasks: Handle bank charges, vendor claims, update accrual and age analysis accounts, support auditors, and serve as a backup for the trade accountant.
Ad-Hoc Support: Address any additional queries or tasks as required.
