We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Profile Personnel. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established automotive company, supporting the Finance Director in coordinating, preparing and administering daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and facilitation of meetings, research and compilation of additional information, ensuring the Finance Director is fully briefed on and prepared for engagements.
  • Follow-up on various matters to ensure effective and timely resolution thereof.
  • Research and complete projects as requested to provide critical information for effective decision making and strategic planning.
  • Participate in and minute relevant meetings.
  • Preparation and compilation of presentations with a high quality and professional approach and delivery.
Requirements:
  • National Diploma or Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance / Business Management.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a Finance related environment.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound administrative, presentation and project management skills.
  • Be a person of integrity.
  • Be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong information processing capabilities.
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary package including a base salary of $60,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
