Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. You'll also manage applicant tracking systems, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate pre-employment checks.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing the recruitment process: job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
  2. Managing applicant tracking systems and ensuring data accuracy
  3. Coordinating pre-employment checks (reference and background checks)
  4. Screening CVs and conducting first-round interviews
  5. Acting as the recruitment representative for the firm
  6. Creating and posting job specifications, liaising with recruiters
  7. Developing graduate recruitment strategies and events
  8. Organising career fairs with universities and schools
  9. Managing the graduate recruitment pipeline, induction, and vacation work
  10. Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
  11. Managing employee records and ensuring confidentiality
  12. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
  13. Generating HR reports and documents as needed
  14. Distributing HR communications, policies, and announcements
  15. Assisting with organising HR events, meetings, and employee communications
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, with a strong focus on recruitment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and VIP Payroll
  • Experience in Recruitment across various levels
  • Experience in Employee Relations and Organisational Development
  • Strong Administration and Project Management skills
