The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, Gantt charts, and deliverables.
    • Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigating strategies as needed.
    • Ensure effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage purchasing processes, including tracking purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving procurement issues.
    • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items, maintaining accurate records of discussions and decisions.
    • Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing email, and filing documents.
  • Relationship Management
    • Maintain and build relationships with key contacts and suppliers, fostering collaborative partnerships that drive business success.
    • Handle incoming calls and inquiries on behalf of the project manager, providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with project managers and team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in program management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

About the Role

  • This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
