**Job Title:** Senior Agile Program Manager

**Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of value through our agile release trains.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools such as program Kanban and other dashboards.
  2. Establish and communicate the annual calendars for iterations and program increments (PIs).
  3. Foster a continuous exploration process that drives the synthesis of a vision, roadmap, and backlogs.
  4. Facilitate PI Planning readiness meetings and summarize squad PI objectives into program PI objectives.
  5. Track the execution of features and capabilities.
  6. Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings and assist with economic decision making.
  7. Enable leaders, teams, and agile facilitators with lean agile practices and mindsets.
  8. Manage risk and dependencies across squads within the ART.
  9. Escalate impediments and provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
  10. Encourage collaboration between squads and work with stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
  11. Improve the flow of value streams by enhancing and assessing DevOps and release on demand practices in the continuous delivery pipeline.
  12. Operate with lean budgets and adhere to guardrails.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of working in an agile environment.
  • At least 2 years of coordinating a sizeable release train.
  • Thorough knowledge of agile practices, rituals, and ceremonies.
  • Good understanding of engineering practices and Jira/Confluence tools.
  • Solid grasp of how to scale lean and agile practices.

About You:

You will be a seasoned professional with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will have experience in facilitating large-scale Agile programs and will be familiar with Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
