Estimated Salary: R600,000 - R800,000 per annum
About the Role:This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires someone who can lead the development and implementation of Pilates & Yoga programs across our clubs in Western Cape, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group exercise management, instructor recruitment and development, and operational excellence.
The Senior Fitness Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing group exercise strategies to drive member engagement and retention;
- Recruiting, training, and developing group exercise instructors to deliver high-quality classes;
- Collaborating with the RGEM to optimize group exercise timetables and resources;
- Monitoring performance metrics and providing insights to inform business decisions;
- Fostering a positive and inclusive fitness community through events and activations;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Pilates and/or Yoga;
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within the fitness industry;
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate teams and members;
- A passion for fitness and wellness, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences;
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule as required.
