We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Portfolio Coordinator to join our team at City Property. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Department, including generating Lease Schedule documents, verifying tenant information, and gathering data.

You will work closely with leasing agents and department managers to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have 2 years' experience in administration, with a strong background in office management and lease preparation. You will also require knowledge of MDA and excellent reporting skills.
