Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong administrative skills to manage various operational tasks. As our Operational Excellence Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless processes and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Assist in developing and executing projects that align with operational standards and enhance guest experiences.
  • Aesthetic Oversight: Contribute to the property's overall aesthetic appeal, including interior design elements and staff presentation.
  • Event Coordination: Support event planning and execution, ensuring all details are managed effectively for successful outcomes.
  • Training Facilitation: Help coordinate training programs for staff to equip them with necessary skills for delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
  • Language Proficiency: Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level.
  • Technical Skills: Computer literate with a minimum level 2 experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and knowledge of Opera is essential.
  • Experience: A diploma or degree in hospitality management or project management is advantageous; a minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry is required.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
