The Role

As a Client Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in our customer-facing department, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • You'll manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • You'll work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and meet client expectations.
  • You'll apply agreed behavioral and compliance standards consistently, upholding our company's values and reputation.
  • You'll communicate new information relevant to the campaign to colleagues, customers, and managers, promoting transparency and open communication.
  • You'll develop and maintain current knowledge of the campaign, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • You'll ensure first contact resolution at all times, delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • You'll protect information security and take responsibility for highlighting any issues using correct processes.
  • You'll provide exceptional customer experiences, exceeding client expectations and promoting loyalty.
  • You'll verify and update customer information, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
  • You'll proactively offer solutions to issues or concerns customers may face, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to resolving problems efficiently.
Your Qualifications and Experience

This role is ideal for individuals with:

  • A minimum of 12 months international BPO call center experience (essential).
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, retail, and fintech (advantageous).
  • Passed Grade 12.
  • Ability to work shifts aligned to US business hours.
  • Proficient in English verbal communication.
  • Self-motivation and high responsibility.
