  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high levels of performance.
  • Performance Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve results.
  • Distributor Management: Build strong relationships with distributors, setting objectives and working collaboratively to achieve business goals.
  • Commercial Focus: Demonstrate a strong commercial focus, with the ability to define and implement short- and medium-term roadmaps to meet and exceed company targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Business.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in the agriculture sector, with a strong understanding of the farming industry and its challenges.
  • Skills: Strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent business analysis skills, and the ability to work effectively with distributors, farmers, and other stakeholders.
Working Environment

The successful candidate will be based in the Western Cape region and will work closely with various stakeholders, including distributors, farmers, and key influencers.
