  • Focus on improving client service delivery and ensure reports are analyzed and compiled accurately to provide feedback on individual and team performance.
Requirements:
  • Matric qualification.
  • Management-related qualification (advantageous).
  • RE5 Financial Services Board Qualification (advantageous).
  • 2 years management experience.
  • Willingness to commit to continuous learning.
  • Relevant sales experience.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office and Intermediate Excel).
  • Sound understanding and application of people management procedures (e.g., IR, coaching).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team dynamic.
  • Highly driven and motivated individual with excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability.
  • High attention to detail and ability to effectively problem-solve.
  • Influence and persuade relevant stakeholders.
  • Meet deadlines and targets in a pressurized environment.

Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
