BPO Sales Operations Manager

Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team at CallForce, you will be responsible for overseeing a robust outbound sales operation, leading a team of 150 sales professionals to not only meet but exceed established performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing outbound sales team, ensuring they are equipped to achieve and surpass campaign goals.
- Provide ongoing support to Team Leaders through effective coaching, mentorship, and guidance to align with campaign objectives.
- Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster and maintain productive relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations and deliverables are consistently met.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Management to ensure timely and accurate campaign reporting.
- Implement employee incentive programs aimed at enhancing operational performance.
- Regularly assess internal systems and processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and recommend necessary changes.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Work in partnership with Quality Assurance to maintain high standards of service quality and address any issues promptly.
- Assist Team Leaders in conducting performance evaluations for agents.
- Ensure that Team Leaders receive regular performance assessments and constructive feedback to facilitate their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in managing sales campaigns within a BPO setting.
- Experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving exceptional team performance in sales.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on fostering growth and development.
