At Grace your HR needs, we are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee and streamline our day-to-day operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and accurately. They will implement processes and systems to improve productivity and reduce operational errors.

This individual will work closely with the owner and advisor to ensure cohesive team alignment and seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and accurately.
  • Financial Management: Develop, monitor, and manage a comprehensive financial plan to control expenses, manage cash flow, and make strategic investments.
  • Inventory and Stock Management: Oversee stock levels to avoid overstocking and manage slow-moving inventory while ensuring timely replenishment of popular items.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Support: Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction is consistently prioritized.
  • Employee Development and Training: Assess team members' training needs and implement development plans to enhance staff skills, motivation, and performance.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in business processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in an operational or financial management role, preferably within a small to medium-sized business environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial data, develop insights, and make sound decisions.
  • Operational Expertise: Proven experience in process optimization, logistics, and stock management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote team members.
  • Candidate Profile:
    • Aged 35-50 years old with a proactive, driven demeanor and hands-on approach to managing operations.
    • Familiarity with consumer electronics or technology-related industries.

Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum
