We are seeking a dedicated Academic Operations Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student records, coordinating assessment cycles, and providing administrative support to the Assessment Office.

Main Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement efficient document control systems to track changes and updates.
- Support the Assessment Office in ensuring the smooth execution of assessments.
- Prepare and submit assessment paperwork before and after assessments.
- Collaborate with the Academic team to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field (NQF Level 6/7).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
