Job Summary:
  • Provide administrative support to the Qualifications, Curriculum and Certification Unit.
  • Liaise with external clients/stakeholders telephonically, face-to-face and via email.
  • Deal with logistical arrangements for committee meetings, launches, workshops and seminars.
  • Take minutes and draft basic letters.
  • Provide general administrative assistance where required.
  • Assist with switchboard duties as needed.
