We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Reception Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our reception area and providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

Job Summary

The Reception Services Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area, including greeting and assisting members, managing phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Coordinate logistics, including arranging appointments and scheduling classes.

  • Maintain accurate records, including member information and facility usage.

  • Assist with special events and promotions, as required.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with members and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in a related field, such as business administration or hospitality.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Familiarity with basic computer software and applications.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.
