We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales specialist to join our team at RMV Solutions Pty Ltd. As a Short Term Commercial Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding our business insurance portfolio by establishing a short-term insurance book.

Estimated SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is R29000 for the first 2 months, followed by a 60/40 split from month 3 to 20, and 10% of book value with a favorable tax directive of only 15% post the 20th month.
The initial retainer of R29500 for the first 3 months includes benefits such as fuel cards, company laptops, cellphones, medical aid, pension funds, group life and disability benefits, and employee wellness programs.
Job DescriptionAs a Short Term Commercial Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling personal and commercial lines through new business sales efforts such as prospecting and canvassing. You will work independently and as part of a team, balancing individual responsibilities and providing feedback.
Your key competencies will include being a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, effective communication skills in English (verbal and written), analytical and numerical abilities, team supervisory skills, and confident and enthusiastic leadership.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or National Senior Certificate, a reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access, a valid code B driver's license, and 3 years of external sales experience in face-to-face selling.
Prior experience as a FAIS representative is desirable, with mandatory requirements including FAIS credits or Full Insurance Qualifications, and RE5 depending on Dofa.
