Key Responsibilities

Serve as a mentor and leader to junior chefs, providing guidance on food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and staff development.

Foster strong relationships with food suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

About You
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior sous chef or equivalent position in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant environment.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality food, managing kitchen teams, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction ratings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
