We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pre-Owned Sales Executive to join our team at Morgan Motor Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, pre-qualifying customers, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the F&I office to gather customer documentation and facilitate finance applications.
  • Ensure vehicles are prepared for delivery, including accessories and necessary documentation.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Qualifications in sales and/or marketing are an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years vehicle sales experience
  • Valid drivers' license
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Target-driven and results-oriented
  • Computer literate and proficient in sales software
  • Team player with a positive attitude
