Job Description:

Sales Consultant - Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant - Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Manage and analyze sales pipelines to accelerate the sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with prospects.
  • Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals, and develop strategies to convert leads into sales.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their cash management needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales Support: Assist Business Development Consultants with tele-sales and appointment management, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to track lead interactions, progress throughout the sales pipeline, and manage lead databases effectively.
  • Qualification and Prospecting: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, identify opportunities, and prioritize sales efforts accordingly.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Matric essential, with a strong foundation in business administration, customer relationship management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 or more years' experience in customer relationship management, account management, or sales roles, preferably in the financial services or cash management industry.
  • Skills: Proven experience in sales, cold calling, and prospecting; ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines; valid driver's license, and own vehicle.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: R12,500.00 basic salary + R5,000 petrol card + R1,500 airtime allowance per month.

Location: Northern Cape.
