Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as an Operations Coordinator in the Business & Commercial Banking segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Centre and its manager;
  • Perform routine compliance tasks, such as physical security of premises and bank assets, maintenance of premises and physical infrastructure;
  • Coordinate and manage corporate events and projects;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
