Salary Package

We offer a highly competitive salary package for this role, commensurate with experience. The estimated annual salary is $85,000 - $105,000.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As the primary point of contact for potential customers, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell company products to potential new customers, focusing on identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty, while also identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, monitor sales performance, and analyze data to inform future sales initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop targeted marketing campaigns, identify new business opportunities, and support product development efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in a technical sales or business development role, preferably within the telecomms or security industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences and navigate complex sales conversations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and principles, with the ability to effectively utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales performance.
