Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Company and its agents and customers.
• Ensure customers receive the correct products and services.
• Foster forward-thinking and visibility for the Company.
Customer Relations:
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Grow and maintain a customer database.
• Identify new opportunities and present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to customers.
• Complete weekly call cycles.
Sales Targets:
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the scheduled timeframe.
• Coordinate sales efforts.
Monthly Reporting:
• Submit monthly reports on performance and competitors in the market.
• Provide management reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials.
Other Responsibilities:
• Attend meetings as required, including Management and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with other businesses to drive business performance.
• Attend trade shows and marketing events.
Requirements:
• Grade 12 qualification.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing Communications, or a relevant field is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a sales representative.
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Working knowledge of CRM Systems.
• Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, either alone or as part of a team.
