Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is R180,000 - R220,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Pitching our services to potential clients and booking appointments with doctors for our financial advisors' visits.
- Sourcing leads from various databases and working closely with our financial advisors and their teams.
- Booking appointments in accordance with our financial advisors' diaries and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Developing strong relationships with medical professionals and making a noticeable contribution to new business revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A matric qualification.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in call centre or telesales work.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal, as well as active listening skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills, with a patient and empathetic attitude.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Basic or advanced troubleshooting skills, depending on the role and industry.
- Computer literacy and in-depth knowledge of our company's products and/or services.
- Expertise in the customer service area we focus in, such as wealth portfolios, short-term insurance, financial services, and other areas of our business.
